HFMA South Texas Fall Symposium
Your wellbeing is the South Texas Chapter’s Number 1 priority. South Texas is dedicated to ensuring attendees can do business in a safe environment:
- Temperature checks will be conducted consistently throughout the event. Anyone with an elevated temperature or fever will not be allowed into the show.
- Masks are required for all attendees inside the meeting space and all common areas of The Menger. Disposable masks will be available on-site for those that need them, but we ask that you bring your own masks with you to the event.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be spread throughout the event. Hand sanitizer stations will be plentiful throughout the common areas. Bottles of hand sanitizer will also be available for attendees to pick up at the registration desk and keep with them throughout the meeting.
- Education sessions will be set up to allow for 6’ space between chairs. The exhibit booths and other spaces will also be set up to allow 6’ space between tables and chairs.
- Networking receptions will utilize indoor/outdoor spaces will be used as much as possible. For as many receptions during the programming, we will find creative ways to use indoor/outdoor spaces.
- Limiting touch-points in high-traffic areas. Doors, all tables, chairs, and other touch points will be cleaned and sanitized before arrival and all throughout the conference. Lysol wipes will also be placed throughout the meeting space for additional sanitation needs.
